Melaya is the westernmost sub-district in Jembrana district, Bali province, Indonesia. This district is about 20 km from the capital city of Jembrana Regency to the west. The center of government is in the village of Melaya. Melaya is the westernmost sub-district in Jembrana Regency. In this sub-district there is Gilimanuk Harbor, one of the major ports in Bali.
