Overview

Get ready to embark on a journey off the beaten track, through some of Bali’s most scenic highland locales. Start your ride near the renowned Mount Batur Volcano, overlooking Kintamani Lake, and cycle down through 30kms of forest trails, ancient Hindu temples, villages, rice fields, and plantations, sampling exotic fruits at their natural source, finishing off with lunch.

Relaxing Ride 👍🏻

We had a wonderful time doing the cycling tour! Our guide Gd Sutapa was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The bike ride was nearly all down hill so it was very little effort and gave us lots of time to take in the sights of the rice fields and villages. A delicious coffee tasting, breakfast and lunch were provided. I would highly recommend this adventure!

Bike Ride: Great experience and a very experienced team

This review is precisely two years late but you can imagine by that timeframe what a great impact our guide had on us. For someone who rarely cares for writing reviews, I feel like I just had to come down here and write one for our guide, GD Sutapa. Oh, what a guy. He is very experienced and knowledgable. He has a cheerful personality and a great attitude that would make your ride even more fun. He took care of us greatly and was very patient. I would 100% recommend him. Brilliant

This was excellent fun, great value for money, and an experience we won’t forget. I think a little ability in bikes required, I coped fine after many years of no cycling but I had loads of experience racing bikes as a kid that I was thankfully able to draw upon. I think guides avoid trickier routes depending on the group. Took a 12yr old, only one bit (heavy messy traffic) where I had to “take charge” of him, though cycling in that traffic an experience too! Really lovely guide. And we enjoyed the lunch at the end

Fantastic day touring Bali's countrside

We were looking for an activity to experience more of Bali's culture and countryside for the day and this was the perfect choice. It was a very informative and fun bike ride down through the rice paddy's, different temples and local villages. Our guide, Gede, was incredibly nice and made the trip very fun. Some small sections where you ride on the main road can be a little scary, but other than that it is a relaxing journey that is 95% downhill. The two meals were delicious and the trip was worth every dollar.

Varied day with good guidance

Nice variety in the program: visit to coffee plantation, view on Mount Batur, bike ride and lunch. Our guide was very attentive during our tour. Lunch buffet was more than enough to choose from. Biking was relatively short and 90% downhill, therefore not very challenging. Maybe some more explanation/stops during the biking or make the route a bit longer.
